Shipping is £3.00 for all t-shirt orders, no matter how many you order or where they are shipped to, it's always £3.00. Sometimes our store calculates shipping per t-shirt & not per order, if you are charged more than £3.00 for shipping please contact us, it will be refunded immediately.

All smaller items are shipped FREE!

ALL ORDERS ARE SENT VIA RECORDED DELIVERY.

However, some orders may take longer due to various factors. Please allow up to 21 days before contacting us about your order.

Pirate Kisses will do all they can to ensure a quick delivery time but we do not guarentee our delivery times.

Any orders placed after this time will be shipped on Monday 5th January 2009.

Please note all of these delivery times are estimated and are not guarenteed - Once in the postal system delivery times are out of our control and are subject to delays around Christmas time.

But please note they are printed individually, so very tiny differences may occur.

The crystals are attached well and should not come off even in the wash.

However, they can come off either in the wash or through general wear and tear.

We will not replace or refund t-shirts because the crystals have come off.

We are able to send replacement crystals at £1 for 10. Please contact us if you wish to purchase replacement crystals.

All t-shirts should be returned unworn with original packaging and completed returns/exchange form (this is included with your order)

If you bought an item using a discount code, only the discounted price you paid will be refunded, not the original full price of the item or the current price of the item.

Any rufund given will be the cost of the items returned only, postage will not be refunded

Please be aware the cost of returning an item will only be refunded to you if item is faulty.

Apart from our new range of baby clothes, All our products are for over 12 years and you must be over 18 to purchase from our store, so if you are under 18 please ask a parent or guardian to place your order.

Our badges are small and can be swollowed and should not be given to children, they also contain a sharp point. These badges are not suitable for children and should be kept out of reach.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that products are used safely. Pirate Kisses takes no responsibility or liability for this.

Currently all 2007 Stock t-shirts are £8.50 each, these designs will be discontinued once sold out.

All 2008 stock & continuing 2007 stock t-shirts are £13.50 and will be available throughout 2008
